What if I can’t make it?

If you can’t attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else — just let us know at least 20 days before the event (a $75 admin fee applies).

If you prefer, we can convert your ticket into a TPB voucher to be used within 12 months. The voucher is non-refundable and non-transferable.
